Fault: No Syrup Coming Through

Possible Causes

Make sure the bag-in-box is not empty. If it is, replace it
Check the box is connected properly. Remove it and tighten again, making sure it is fully fitted and not cross-threaded
Manually switch over the changeover valve
Open the CO2 valve
Change the CO2 cylinder
If there’s no change after these steps, call the engineer helpline
