Fault: Weak/Off Tasting Drinks

Possible Causes

Make sure the correct box is connected to the correct bag-in-box end (check the line marker matches the box you’re connecting)
Check the stock date and make sure it is in date
Check the gas is turned on and there is gas in the bottle
Make sure the bag-in-box end is connected to the box properly
Remove the nozzle from the gun by twisting. Clean inside the nozzle and around the gun using your cleaning kit or a toothbrush
If problems still persist, contact our helpline and we will arrange an engineer callout
